Richard Bransons architect for many projects, as the Hydra Hotel, the Voulgaris Mansion and the chain of Virgin Megastores; was also the architect for the first renovation of Athinais. Tom Gazetas says for Athinais Tower Lofts: I like radical positions and I try to offer them. The idea of the industrial garage door placed in the home environment gave me a signature, a scale and an individuality. Together with exposed steel columns and industrial steel staircases, introduce the scale to the loft living.

The extraordinary building began by keeping the old Athinais and using it as solid stone base for the new steel and glass new construction. With respect for the old we extend into the future.
